Not Afraid to Tell the Truth

The authors attempt is to restore the "dispensational safety net" to Bible believing Churches and members of the "Body of Christ" that have become confused by false or deceived teachers and the growing numbers of anti-dispensationalists that have come in among the true brethren unawares, ignorant of the Believer's present heavenly position in the risen, ascended, and glorified Lord Jesus Christ. These teachers by not having rightly divided the Word of Truth have come in to many Evangelical Churches teaching the principles of the gospel of the Kingdom and not the gospel of the Grace of God as delivered to the Apostle Paul which are the directed teachings for the Church in this age of Grace. (1 Cor. 15: 3-5).

Jimmy DeYoung's News Update
  • Recently a group of over thirty prophecy teachers held a conference in Oklahoma, the problem was that some were Biblical teachers and many were false teachers, which Jesus warned us of for the Last Days
    Listen to Today's Program Play

JD: Since the title of the conference is the Blessed Hope Prophecy forum you know it might be real good David if we’ll first explain for our listeners what is meant by the term blessed hope.

DJ: Actually the term and the phrase blessed hope comes from the book of Titus chapter 2 beginning in verse 11 Paul writes this, for the grace of God to bring salvation is appeared to all men teaching us that denying ungodliness in worldly lust we should live soberly, riotously, and Godly in the present age looking for the blessed hope in glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ who gave himself for us and he might redeem us from every lawless deed. We would understand that that is a reference to the rapture of the church.

Paul also refers to that in I Thessalonians chapter 4, and the reason Paul refers to it as the blessed hope is because it precedes the seven-year tribulation period upon the earth Daniel 70th week where God will reign down judgment upon the earth for a seven-year period and it will be judgment such as the world has never seen. And we know the church will be spared that judgment. So, that is our blessed hope to be spared the judgments that are coming upon the earth.

JD: David we understand that choosing which conference to speak at is a philosophy of ministry question. However, I do think we need to be careful because of the confusion it can cause.

DJ: We need to be careful both in terms of the conferences we chose to speak at and also the ones we chose to go to. And here’s the problem, if you appear on the same platform with a false teacher, someone who’s mishandling the word of God, if you’re the next message or the message preceding that people are going to assume that all the men who are speaking are in general agreement into the approach of the scriptures. So, willingly or unwillingly you’re landing your endorsement.

And if you’re speaking from the Bible and somebody else is speaking in a sensational way and drawing in other things people are going to be attracted to that sensationalist more than they are the solid Bible teacher. So, you’re actually giving credence in a platform.

I would just caution our dear friends in ministry and those who would go to these conferences please be very careful, make sure you understand and be very discerning as you listen to these and as you make decisions about who you’re going to appear with.

JD: David James with the Biblical exhortation about false teachers that will appear in the last days.

We report this information because it is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Please remember the words of Jesus Christ spoken in the Olivet Discourse as recorded in Matthew chapter 24. Jesus gave a warning that in the last days there would be false teachers. We must pay heed to the words of Jesus Christ.
  • A Jordanian spokesperson says that the Jews must not be allowed on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem because it provokes the Moslem world
    Listen to Today's Program Play

JD: The Jordanian cabinet member made a statement this week, Jews on the Temple Mount are a problication to the Moslem world. This is strong rhetoric but does not lead to something good in the future I don’t believe.

DD: Well no Jimmy, and we’ve seen an increasingly hard line coming out of the Jordanian regime over the last half year or so particularly since the incident in Haman involving the Israeli embassy there. And this isn’t surprising but it certainly isn’t comforting to the Israeli’s they need a good quiet border with Jordan. They don’t want any threats from Jordan. And the Jordanians the Moslem leaders in Jordan are the official keepers of the Temple Mount for the Moslems. So, their position is very very important what they say about the Temple Mount.

So, the Israelis are not happy about that but again it’s what we’ve been hearing all along from Yasser Arafat on down that Jews have no right up there, they have no historical connection, there was never a Temple up there, all things that are rather absurd but things that they do say and whether they believe them or not they at least say them.

JD: David Dolan with the details on this story of Jews on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem provoking the Moslem world.

We report this information because it is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

For 3,000 years Jews have been going to the Temple Mount to worship at the sacred site for the Jewish people. That started with the building of the first Temple by King Solomon. Since there has been no Temple on the Temple Mount for the last 2,000 years the Jews go to the Western Wall to pray and worship. However, in the last 20 years Jews have ascended the Temple Mount to visit the location of the two previous temples and the location for the next two temples in the future.

Now Jordan says those Jews on the Temple Mount provoke the Moslems and they must not be allowed to go on to the Temple Mount. Ancient Jewish prophets wrote 2,500 years ago and said that would be the case in the last days, that’s Zechariah 12:2. Zechariah the prophet was actually saying that Jerusalem would be a cup of trembling and as you define that apocalyptic passage you come to the understanding that Jerusalem will be in the last days very controversial. The enemies of the Jewish people the Moslem world will want to take control of this piece of real estate that actually dates back to the time of the Garden of Eden.

Jordan’s statement calling for no Jews to be on the Temple Mount is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
  • The Russians have a full court press to insert themselves into the Middle Eastern affairs
    Listen to Today's Program Play

JD: Ken, on previous conversations that you and I have had here on this broadcast we’ve talked about the conflict going on between Iran and Saudi Arabia. Now I understand the Russian’s are ready to mediate talks between the two. Is that going to assist or only intensify the conflict?

KT: It’ll probably intensify the conflict to a certain extent. Look, the Russians have a full core press to insert themselves in all parts of the Middle East in ways they were never able to do in the final decades of the Cold War. Russia has taken advantage of the 8th year absence of the United States during the Obama administration when we basically had abandoned the region. We were not playing a leading role and so, the Russians have replaced us. They had talks with Saudi Arabia, which had solely looked to the United States previously. They’ve been talking with Egypt, which also had considered the United States as its primary ally.

Iran has long been a Soviet, a Russian ally in the region. So, now they’re offering to broker diplomatic relations between Saudis and the Iranians. This follows a visit by Saudi King to Moscow where he met with Putin. So, while something could come of it I do not see Russia’s good intentions at work here I see Russian mischievousness.

JD: Ken Timmerman with the details on the Russian effort to be involved in all Middle Eastern affairs.

We report this information because it is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Several years ago Russia came into Syria to prop up the Bashar Al-Assad government. Russia was joined by the Iranians, which irritated the Israeli’s. These two players in Syria not only strengthen President Assad of Syria but now are even moving to build a Russian military base some two and a half miles from Israel’s northern border in a city in Syria called Quneitra.

The Iranian’s have joined Russia in Syria as co-partners in the efforts to prop up the Syrian government. Russia has also promised both Egypt and Saudi Arabia to assist in their nuclear programs.

The nations mentioned in this report Russia, Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt are actually taken from the pages of Bible prophecy for the end time scenario found in God’s word. Those prophetic passages are Ezekiel 38, Psalm 83, and Daniel 11. This report helps us to see how close we are to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

  • President Trump says he will not certify the Iranian nuclear deal but what does that mean?
    Listen to Today's Program Play

JD: Donald Trump will not certify the Iranian deal and so what does this mean Bob? What does it mean as it relates to a threat to not only the Middle East to Israel a threat to the United States as well?

BM: There’s good reason why I don’t think that the President should and nor will continue to certify if they continue to fuel Hezbollah. They continue to align themselves with Bashar Al-Assad and Damascus. They create problems in the Gulf region and of course they’re creating problems in Afghanistan for our troops. They are collaborating with the North Koreans and their ballistic missile program and of course they’ve recently tested ballistic missiles, which should if it had been a good deal would have been a part of that 2015 deal. But it wasn’t and that’s because Barack Obama wanted a deal to pavement his legacy but failed I think miserably in holding that regime accountable.

JD: Bob what about the response from Iran? Are they going to drop out of the deal? Are they going to intensify their threat? What are they going to do?

BM: They currently have intensified their rhetoric. The IRGC commander has threatened to attack American facilities in the region. That’s not to be taken lightly because they have the means. They’ve been playing with us in the Persian Gulf with our ships and our smaller boats for a long time.

So, the Iranian’s will test us. They will make our life in the region somewhat politically untenable. The Iranian’s are incredibly hegemonic. They have every intention of dominating the area all the way to the Mediterranean. And frankly with their friends in Lebanon, and their friends in Syria, and of course Bagdad being an ally as well they seem to have accomplished something that 10-15 years ago we didn’t think was possible but you know that’s just indicative of the politics in that part of the world.

JD: Colonel Bob Maginnis from the Pentagon explaining what it means that President Trump will not certify the Iranian nuclear deal.

We report this information because it is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

In 2015 six nations in this world led by then President Obama put together this Iranian nuclear deal to delay Iran for ten years before they can produce a nuclear weapon of mass destruction. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu warned the world that Iran can renege on this deal and within weeks restart their development of a nuclear weapon of mass destruction.

This report is key to helping us to understand how Iran will move to destroy the Jewish State of Israel, that’s Ezekiel 38:5. And this move to destroy the Jewish State could be very near in the future.
